The following Terms and Conditions applied to all transactions on equipashop online operated by Alan Lewis Displays Limited (ALDL) Please read carefully and print a copy for future reference. All orders are made subject to acceptance by you of the site's terms and conditions of trading. No amendments to these terms and conditions will be accepted by ALDL.
PRICES
Prices are in £ sterling and are exclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery/shipping charges. Currency conversions are approximate. Prices are subject to variation from time to time. The price quoted at the time of the acceptance of your order will be the price charged.
DELIVERY POLICY
We have no minimum order value and most packages are dispatched the day you order. On orders over £85.00 (Ex vat) to Mainland UK & Ireland delivery is FREE.
Please note that on larger items we cannot offer free delivery due to the fact that these items need to delivered by a haulage firm. This amount will be confirmed to you before the payment stage. We have kept this cost to an absolute minimum and only apply it to a small percentage of our product offering.
We endevour to dispatch all 'In Stock' orders that are received by Equipashop before 1pm GMT, placed online or ordered by telephone, on the same day they are ordered.
We always do our best to dispatch orders received after 1pm on the same day but can't always facilitate this. Therefore any orders received after 1pm GMT or during the weekend will be dispatched the following working day.
Delivery times vary depending on where the goods are being sent to and the type of service that has been selected.
RETURNS POLICY
Equipashop have a Money Back Guarantee so that goods can be returned within 10 working days of receipt for exchange or refund. We offer the same guarantee whether a customer is in the high street shop or the online shop.
The following conditions must be met:
1. Goods must be returned within 10 working days of receipt.
2. Goods must be in original packaging
3. Goods must be in original condition
4. Goods must be accompanied with a completed
Equipashop Returns Form

DAMAGES
All goods are to be inspected on delivery and any damages or shortage in quantity reported to us within 3 days of receiving your order. If the parcel packaging or goods show any sign of defect or damage you should endorse the carriers consignment note accordingly.
