Product Description
Our Heavy Duty Castors for our standard garment rails are ideal for busy retail and warehouse environments where rails undergo a lot of movement. The large wheel size (75mm) allows for easy movement of heavily loaded rails and the rubber spigots offer extra grip for rugged warehouse floors.
Please note that these heavy-duty wheels are not suitable for our Silver Heavy Duty Clothes Rails and Gloss White Heavy Duty Clothes Rails.

60cm Chrome Height Extension Posts for Heavy Duty Clothes Rail
Product Description
These 60cm Black Rail Extension Posts transform your existing rail into a hanging solution for long gowns, dresses and any other oversized garment. The extension posts simply fit inside your existing rail posts and the top hanging rail slots over the top as a result giving you double and durable storage for your garments. The resulting height of your rail is 2145mm. The pair of extensions also works hand in hand with our centre bar rails to give you a two tier rail system.

These Centre bars simply slot over each side of the garment rail and can be adjusted to the height you require. Once in place they offer an extra tier to store additional garments and are useful for smaller items such as baby clothes, underwear etc. The centre bar can also be used in conjunction with our extension posts allowing you to use the additional rail for longer garments such as adult T-shirts etc. This bar can only be used with our 3ft heavy duty rails.

Clear Single Zip Cover for 3ft Heavy Duty Clothes Rail
Product Description
A protective cover for our 3ft heavy duty rails. Clear plastic cover with single zip ideal for storing and protecting your clothes in the shop or home.
This reinforced 3ft Chrome Rail offers a heavy-duty and attractive display that can be used on your shop floor, your warehouse, stock room as well as for commercial or domestic use. This garment rack Supports up to 150Kg UDL (Uniform Distributed Load) and has a sturdy, heavy-duty steel construction.
The hard-wearing chrome finish design provides a display that doesn't distract from your clothing, whilst its strong frame provides a rugged, back-of-house practical solution. The rail comes flat-packed in seven pieces that are simply slotted together.
This rail is the same design are the standard heavy-duty rails but comes with a reinforced crossbar on the wheel arch, to give the rail more strength. You can also adjust the height of the rail with our heavy-duty clothes rail Add on.
Included in the box are 4 x 2" Detachable Castor Wheels that make this rail fully portable to be moved around your store. The castor wheels are also detachable which means that you can use the rail even without them for a steady option.
If you want greater ease of movement consider adding the 75mm, 3" castors linked above. The greater tread will allow for easier movement and even flexibility for outdoor use. Product reference: 08-132-009 (if this set is ordered they will replace the 2" set as they are not interchangeable)
Rail assembling instructions (see above picture) :
1.Insert uprights (A) into legs (B) locating with the spring clip. 2.For 5ft and 6ft rails only join the two halves of the bottom rail (C) and (D) together,locating with spring clip. 3.Insert bottom rail into underside of legs (B) locating with spring clips. 4.Fit top rail (E) onto uprights (A). 5.Locate bar (F) between legs and secure with screws and key provided.
