Finding Similar Items...Equipashop has a Money Back Guarantee so that goods can be returned within 14 working days of receipt for exchange or refund. We offer the same guarantee whether a customer is in the high street shop or the online shop.
The following conditions must be met:
1. Goods must be returned within 14 working days of receipt.
2. Goods must be in original packaging
3. Goods must be in original condition
4. Goods must be accompanied by a completed Equipashop Returns Form
5. Return to: Equipashop (Returns) | 16 Prince Regent Road | Belfast | BT5 6QR
6. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office or courier

Please contact us if you would like us to arrange a collection of your returns. This service is available at £9.20 (ex VAT) per parcel (from the mainland UK). For a pallet collection, this is available from £86.25 (ex VAT) per pallet (from the mainland UK) but may be subject to change at any time until a quotation for the return is sought from the courier service. We will agree on any final collection pricing with you before arranging the return on your behalf. For oversized items (eg over 2.2m) there is a £15 (ex VAT) surcharge.
Please note for oversized items there is an additional delivery charge.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before dispatch (bar made to order items).
Please note: most orders are dispatched on the same day so please contact us on 028 9079 9990 as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If it’s already been dispatched, please follow our returns policy as stated above.
