All orders are made subject to acceptance by you of the site's terms and conditions of trading. No amendments to these terms and conditions will be accepted by ALDL. All orders all also subject to acceptance by us and we reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason at any time.
Prices
Prices are subject to variation from time to time. The price quoted at the time of the acceptance of your order will be the price charged. Please note we are unable to process transactions using virtual cards for any order online.
Shipping & Damages
All goods are to be inspected on delivery and any damages or shortage in quantity reported to us within 3 days of receiving your order. If the parcel packaging or goods show any sign of defect or damage you should endorse the carrier's consignment note accordingly.
We reserve the right not to ship your order directly to the requested address and may ask you to make your own collection arrangements with a 3rd party courier if deemed necessary. Please refer to our shipping and returns sections for regional variations on shipping prices and if your delivery will be eligible for free delivery.

Items that are made to order or Bespoke are nonreturnable - these include but are limited to items such as slatwall panels and shelving.
