Terms and Conditions

Order Acceptance
All orders are made subject to acceptance by you of the site's terms and conditions of trading. No amendments to these terms and conditions will be accepted by ALDL. All orders all also subject to acceptance by us and we reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason at any time.
 

Prices and Payment
Prices are subject to variation from time to time. The price quoted at the time of the acceptance of your order will be the price charged. Please note we are unable to process transactions using virtual cards for any order online. If a payment is made that incurs an additional charge for the transaction either by the method of payment i.e. Bank Transfer or in currency exchange rates we reserve the right to request payment of those fees before the order is dispatched.
 

Shipping & Damages
All goods are to be inspected on delivery and any damages or shortage in quantity reported to us within 3 days of receiving your order. If the parcel packaging or goods show any sign of defect or damage you should endorse the carrier's consignment note accordingly.

We reserve the right not to ship your order directly to the requested address and may ask you to make your own collection arrangements with a 3rd party courier if deemed necessary. Please refer to our shipping and returns sections for regional variations on shipping prices and if your delivery will be eligible for free delivery.
